Within 1 hour of meeting Glenn, we learned how to successfully handle our puppy and gain that reassuring sense that we were actually in control.

We were so impressed with introduction course and the impact a few simple techniques that we have gone through comprehensive training with our young dog - and now with our second puppy also.... resulting in completely happy and confident owners with well behaved and focused dogs!

Great course, great instructor. Well worth it, even if you think you know everything already about handling dogs.
