Hello,
I am dutch working in breda, NL but will be moving to belgium next month. I want to marry my girlfriend from Philippines in Belgium. Can she easily get a fiance visa? How long does it take for me to get my resident card in Belgium? After marriage in Belgium, can she apply for resident permit right away? Or does she have to go back to philippines and apply for a family reunification kind of visa long stay visa before she can have a residence permit in belgium? Thanks a lot. |
