Does any one know what would be the best product to gain healthy weight? Instead of loosing? I need to grow some muscles?

Get a protein supplement that gives 20 grams of protein per serving. Ingest this every two hours, eat lots of veggies and fruit and work out well every other day(M,W F)....rest COMPLETLY as posibble on off days.(Tues. & Thurs.) Take weekends off as well.
There are weight gaining formulas that can supply the needed protein as well. Go to a health food store. Talk to a trainer. Good Luck.
