Three words: Senate. House. Governorships.

Two words: Rumsfeld. Bolton.

One word: VICTORY!

Finally. Finally. FINALLY! People woke up - just enough. People voted - just enough. And people changed the face of the American political landscape - again, just enough. Democrats Abroad Belgium, and millions of others like us. And you can be sure that this time, all of our efforts, all of our donations, and all of our absentee ballots - made a difference.

OK, it's clearly not utopia. Not by a long shot. At worst, it's a step away from the abyss. At least, it's a chance to put the brakes on the flagrant abuse of power. But at best, it's an opportunity to start to change things for the better.

So now, we're going to take one night just sit back and bask in the glow of it, this achievement of ours. We are going to smile and laugh and be proud of ourselves and our compatriots. In fact, we're so proud of them that we're even going to buy one of them a drink!

In that spirit, Democrats Abroad Belgium invites you to come and share their joy at our own Very Happy Hour. There's only one rule at the DAB Very Happy
Hour:

*You have to buy a drink for a Democrat who voted!*

Why? Because s/he richly deserves it!
