A blank CD/DVD supplier based in Luxemburg is telling me they are no longer allowed to deliver to Belgium (unless I am TVA registered).
They delivered last year, but they claim some Belgian law prohibits it now. I thought the European Union put an end to trade barriers within the EU.... Could anyone shed some light on this? Thanks, Z. |
