I've recently moved to Brussels and I'm willing to know what the possible TV providers in the city are... I already subscribe Coditel, but I'm willing to get some more varieties... I've heard of Belgacom TV and Brutele.

Any other???!!!

And, which one is your favorite?!

Thanks in advance

Don't even think about Belgacom TV 13/06/2006 01:00:00

Hi Kadub,
Earlier this year I decided to give Belgacom TV a chance. It was bundled in a nice package and prices looked reasonable.

Unfortunately, this "experiment" has been a major fiasco. Frequent interruptions in the middle of your favourite movie, series or game, bad image quality (pixelled areas), a decoder that takes ages to set-up and will reset for no apparent reason...

Finally, not all the promised channels were available, and what is worse: you can only connect the decoder to ONE SINGLE TV. And the internet speed will decrease around 60-70% while you are watching (or actually struggling to watch) TV.

I am now looking for another provider. Unfortunately in this country with limited competition there's not much to choose depending on the commune you live (I am in Woluwe St Lambert)
I very much regret having given Belgacom a try. Please expats don't make the same mistake!
