My boyfriend got a job in EU institution and we both come from EU member state (SI).

What would be the best way for me to join him in BE?

Can I apply for residential/working permit if I'd have my permanent address there or this would be possible by getting married?

THANK YOU SO MUCH.

My Belgian partner and I are getting married here in BXL in a few weeks, you can try that, but the marriage will be valid only in Belgium, Canada, Spain and the Netherlands. Go to the townhall in the commune where you live and ask for the requirements. Your partner must be living here before you can apply for the marriage license. Good luck
