Would someone tell me which English-language universities in the surrounding Benelux countries (including Germany) offer undergraduate degrees at reasonable (sub-$10,000 annually).
I thought the University of Maryland University College, which offers classes in Brussels and Heidelberg, would qualify, however, their classes are only open to employees and family members of the U.S. military and government.

I know I can take distance education courses, but I would much rather prefer taking traditional classes, which incorporate a classroom-type of learning environment.

I tried doing some searches on the Internet, but there are just way too many useless results turning up.
