Hi All
I am Australian Citizen and my Mrs is from Bratislava, we are currently living in Australia and are planning a move to Holland. We know that she do not need a residence permit to work and live in NL and neither our kids, nor I do not need an MVV to go there. My question is, 1) If there is any way that she can sponsor me to NL (being non NL) or are there any ways that I can get the Residence Permit on her behalf? I am qualified professional but am unsure about my chances about getting a job in NL being non Dutch speaker. I am not planning to come back once I move to NL 2) Also how long can I stay in NL on MVV, what If I do not get a job in 3 months? Do I have to leave NL to any other EU country and can come back again? Thanks for help tinoo |
