Today the muslim mass murderer Naser Oric was declared innocent by the Yugoslavia Tribunal.

Court of Justice ? http://www.skp.se/extra/engelska/trib_eng.htm Kangaroo Court ? http://srpska-mreza.com/WarCrime/index.html http://4international.wordpress.com/2008/0...mush-haradinaj/ Just an American Kangeroo court to deal with those who do not bend over for the USA government. ![]() Shame on all the former law students that allowed the USA to use them to do 1 long string of political motivated sentencing. You are nothing more then the sons and daughters of Freisler. But that always happens when you join a SYSTEM and you wanna pay your mortgage. Then they own you. Like they teach you first 6 months law at the Vrije University => people with power will always appoint judges that sentence as they want, or else they will do a "purification" (zuivering) of the judges and prosecutors. Exactly like Alberto Gonzales did in the USA under the Bush regime: """Alberto Gonzales: Bush's Nazi Lawyer""" http://www.larouchepub.com/other/2005/3201gonzales.html . . """A judge is a law student who marks his own examination papers.""" H. L. Mencken . . Shame on the Dutch government for allowing the American government to smeer its reputation of neutrality. Counting down now to Serbian assassination revenge. The Serbian people have now the moral highground. This court has proven without any doubt to be an USA Kangaroo court. The social contract is no longer valid. The Serbs can step out of the legal battle and use any form of revenge. |

After almost 10 years of peace in the conutries founded on ruins of former Yugosalvia, there are some activities that are big threat to somewhat improved relations between countries that were engaged in a terrible civil war. Those are unilateral recognition of so called "Republic of Kosovo" and freeing of Ramush Haradinay. It is clear now that so called international community does not have intention of making a stable region, rather it is fuelling new divisions. And for all the troubles they are going to blame Serbia. |

It is clear now that so called international community does not have intention of making a stable region, rather it is fuelling new divisions. And for all the troubles they are going to blame Serbia. Most people, even learned ones, have only simplistic or even erroneous views about the extremely complex historic intertwining relationships between the various ethnicities living in the Balkan region. Just as an example, how could they know and take into consideration that Kosovo once was the core, literally the "motherland" of the Serbs, where they fought their glorious battles. It is all too easy for an outsider to state that today more people of Albanian descent live in Kosovo than Serbs. However, they don't see that the heart of all Serbs, wherever they live, is rippen apart by what they call the "unjust and illegal loss " of their very roots. However, the deep rooted and IMO justified feeling that the international community is ostracizing Serbia, will not help this country towards a better future which clearly lies in a membership with the European Union. Therefore it should form a government willing to extradite Karadic, Mladic and other war criminals responsible for mass murders and genocide like Srebrenica. Instead of hiding in a kind of "nationalistic shell" it should open itself to the whole world and take its proud place in it, like it did both in medieval times and during World War I and II! |

Instead of hiding in a kind of "nationalistic shell" it should open itself to the whole world and take its proud place in it, like it did both in medieval times and during World War I and II! There are deep divisions in Serbia: one side is nationalistic and considers Karadzic and Mladic heroes, while the other side considers them war criminals that should be delivered to the ICTY in the Hague, not particularly because they think their trial would be fair (90% of the population does not have any ilusions about this "Tribunal"), only because they want to simply get rid of them and carry on. Same divisions are with the approach to EU. Many people see EU is the future for Serbia, but with their behavior Eurocrats are clearly distancing Serbia from EU. It is not realistic that Serbia will be member of EU in the foreseeable future whatever happens in Serbia, it is simply internal EU issues will not allow for it. Call me again in ten years and you will see. |
