You say it. You are KM. Already benefiting from the 30% ruling i presume. Social housing, day care refunds etc are targeted at people who are paying full taxes.
Lot of this is calcuated on your income. But since you are KM, you probably earn far above the benefit range. |

Hi, I am also KM and am getting child care benefit from SVB. You are eligible for this scheme. I should have put it otherwise. What kind of salary do you earn ? Be careful about the declaration later, if you are above a certain income. Otherwise they will come back to you. It is not as simple. Huurtoeslag, zorgtoeslag, kinderbijslag are a not so straightforward as they seem. Lots of loopholes. I do not know what you are earning. But it will be best to contact SVB directly. They will dedicate a person to your case and give you an estimate. Here is translated text how it works - They do have English speaking people as SVB is a german idea and spread across EU and EU expats working here also can benefit from it. -------------- You can get child benefit for your own children, stepchildren and foster children. A child counts as a foster child if you raise it and provide for it as if it were your own child. If you are the child’s official guardian it will usually count as a foster child. Entitlement to child benefit is assessed by the SVB on a quarterly basis. The situation on the first day of each quarter, the qualifying date, determines whether you are entitled to child benefit. --------------------- How much benefit --------- For children born this year, child benefit comes to about € 174,-- per quarter. If you have older children or more children, the amounts may differ. The amounts of child benefit are adjusted from time to time. These general adjustments usually take effect on 1 January or 1 July. Current rates can be obtained from the SVB or looked up on our internet site. The total amount payable depends on the age of your child and the number of children. It also depends on your domestic situation, i.e. whether your child lives at home or away from home. Your child is considered to be living at home if the child is a member of your household. --------------------- But again it depends on your personal circumstances.SVB has final word on it and the rights and amout. |

Hi
Give me your contact number. I can give more info. For KM, IND website clearly says what should be the minimum salary. For that minimum salary (around 47k) this child benefit scheme is applicable/eligible. |
