hi

i will be starting a compnay using dafta and was wondering if anyone who has successfully applied this could help out.

I have gotten lucky and found an apartment that i can rent and register. My question is what do i do when I arrive with city hall. I have to register my arrival so what do I do if i need time to get all the paperwork together for the chamber of commerce to register me as a business person and then the ind to go through the rp procedures.

Also what insurance provider has someone sucessfully used to satisfy the insurance requirement as I like may others of our fellow citizens are currently unissured.

Thanks in advance

Registering at the town hall just means you show up with your passport and rental agreement and they enter you into the system as living at that address. Your business & IND status sholdn't matter.

What do you mean by 'insurance requirement'? If you mean health insurance then any health insurer will be able to sort you out.

so when you first got here you were able to contact a health insurance provider and get dutch insurance or an international insurer that is acceptable to the dutch gov't?

Could you suggest which company to turn too.

they are all good.
Try DSW, Zilveren Kruis Achmea, Azivo, OHRA, FBTO, etc... You have to compare because the cheapest is not always the best for you!
