If I am living in a sublet but I have a legal work contract and am an EU citizen, can I still obtain a SoFi number? All website I see seem to indicate I need my RENTAL CONTRACT to get a SoFi number. Help!

I think I came across reading it somewhere (sorry I can't remember the link) that for an EU citizen, you can obtain your SOFI # on the same day and you don't need any address for that.

You should be ok, I moved here in January from England and had my SOFI number within 4 days - and I'm still not registered but have a job, bank account, health insurance etc.
