It is interesting that the police operation was held on a Friday night, usually when many youngsters go out and have a joint and ...beers! I wonder if the cops would catch one in five motorists with marijuana in their blood if they did the test on a normal weekday...

I thought QED was referring more to the fact that it would be a surprise that drinking under the influence of ANYTHING would impair your driving. Like it's some kind of revelation for them. Really.
