Have almost finished with buying a car, and looking for a good auto-GPS. but the market is floooooooded with different models.

Anyone with experience and/or advice on what's a good and reliable make/model? [I'm looking for something in the 200 Euros range]

The tomtom one is pretty good. Great display and works real fast to recalculate your route if you miss a turn (or take the wrong one). Plus the map & camera updates seem to be free now. It's basic but does everything I need and it's taken me everywhere! Be sure not to leave the holder in your car tho, gets nicked easily. Good luck.
