I've heard it's nearly impossible for Expat Spouses to find work, particularly in European countries. Does anyone have feedback for this topic?

If your spouse is a non-EU citizen, then yes, it will be very difficult for her to find a job here. Basically, it's the same deal if a European shows up in the U.S. without work papers. That being said, your spouse can do volunteer work (at the American Women's Club, for example) or study at one of the Belgian universities. Many have programs in English and only cost roughly 800 euros per year in tuition.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm recruiting for my company and was told that expat spouses would be a good target market. I thought actual Expats themselves would be able to answer my questions best.

The positions I am recruiting for our for people who live outside of the US, but have a US mailing address and are legal to work in the US.

Do you notice a big difference in European countries Internet speed compared to places in the US?
