I am registerd to vote in Massachusetts. On 10 January if filled in the application for the Federal Postcard Application form (FPCA) on VoteFromAbroad.org (and also posted it the same day).
Shouldn't I also be receiving a ballot for the Democratic Primary in Massachusetts to be held on Tuesday? I prefer to vote in the Democratic Primary in Massachusetts, as the Democrats Abroad Global Presidential Primary gets so few delegates. Any info. would be appreciated. |

I am registered in another state. Their policy is that they need to receive the registration info 30 days prior to the election to be able to get a ballot to you. Hope this helps. -------------------- ![]() |

Like he said, you may not have registered in time.
However, if you can confirm that you have registered in time (likely you'd need to call your election board and ask them) then you're probably legally allowed to use the Federal Write-In Ballot if your official ballot doesn't arrive in time. You can find more info on that ballot here: https://vhd.overseasvotefoundation.org/ovf/...;pcid=&nav= |
