Hello,

I am an Indain holding a german work permit and a residence permit.
But currently am staying in Brussels(which is legal rolleyes.gif .
My wife would be coming on german dependent visa.
If she has to work in belgium what is the procedure.
Does she need to go back to India again to apply for work permit??

Regards,
Navneet

I'm sure Belgium is like the Netherlands in that your wife will have to have a specialty, apply for a job, and the permit will be requested by the company that hires her. The specialty of hers could be as simple as the fact that she's a native English speaker. It all depends on the job she goes for, and I don't think she has to go back to India to apply for the permit. The most important thing is for her to find a job where her specialty is needed and there are no Belgians who can fill that position.
