Hello all,
I am looking for information on what to expect for a commute from Gent to Brussels on a daily basis. My work hours are around 9am to 4pm (with likely variations each day). What time would I need to leave Gent in order to make it to Brussels on time -- and if I left Brussels by 4:30pm, will I be in for a long, long ride home? On a clear traffic day, I suspect the trip is about 30 minutes. Any thoughts? |

On a work day, I think it'd be more like two hours, unless you're prepared to leave home before 7:00 AM. Save yourself the hassle and take the train instead: 29 minutes from Gent St Pieters to Brussel Zuid. |
