I've found a house I'd like to buy in West Vlaanderen, Ieper-Menen area, before it's been put on the market. The owners don't know how much to ask for it and I don't know how much to offer. Would anyone kindly please tell me how to find a valuer or surveyor, or valuer/surveyor? Does any profession do both? I don't need a mortgage, just a valuation from an impartial party.

I think I also need a notaris - can anyone recommend one in the Westhoek area?
